Proposed Regulations for Public Comment
This webpage gives the public the opportunity to provide feedback on MDOD's draft and proposed regulations. Draft regulations are shared informally with the public in order to get input on what should be included in the regulations. Proposed regulations have completed the "draft" stage and have been published in the Maryland Register. The public can provide formal comments on proposed regulations before they are finalized.
For any questions, please contact MDOD at (410) 767-3660 or at [email protected].
