Maryland Relay offers free presentations for schools, groups, and organizations, upon request. Presentations are led by Maryland Relay outreach coordinators who are experienced at tailoring presentations to each unique audience.

Presentation Topics Can Include:

• Maryland Relay’s breadth of services, including how to identify the most appropriate service for you, or a loved one

• Placing and receiving calls through Maryland Relay

• Assistive telecommunications equipment for people who are unable to use a standard telephone

• Applying for free assistive equipment through Maryland Relay’s Maryland Accessible Telecommunications (MAT) program

• Doing business with Relay users over the phone as a Maryland Relay Partner

• Customized topics tailored to your audience’s needs and interests
